Summary:

Our award-winning client is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to join their team. Ideal candidate to lead and oversee electrical construction projects across a variety of sectors, including industrial facilities, healthcare, commercial office buildings, and educational institutions.


This role is responsible for managing project execution from planning through completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with all applicable electrical codes and standards.


Projects are primarily located within a 50-mile radius of Terre Haute, Indiana. Candidates located more than 60 miles away may be considered for a hybrid work arrangement or relocation assistance.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage electrical construction projects from initiation through completion.

  • Oversee contract administration and ensure compliance with project requirements.

  • Develop, negotiate, and manage change orders.

  • Coordinate project activities with field personnel, subcontractors, and general contractors.

  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

  • Ensure all work complies with applicable electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.

  • Maintain strong communication with clients, project teams, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.


Required Qualifications:

  • Experience as an Electrical Project Manager, Master Electrician, or Senior Electrician with project management responsibilities.

  • Proven background in managing commercial and industrial electrical construction projects.

  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes and industry standards.

  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.

  • A Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred but not required.
