Job description

*Please note: A resume is required for this position
Pay Rate: $38.00 an hour
SUMMARY: Maintain all plumbing fixtures, equipment, water supply lines, sanitary lines and gas lines. Plan and perform new plumbing for remodel, expansions, renovations and all plumbing Preventive Maintenance Systems. Responsible for a high level of guest service as described in your departments guest service standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform preventative maintenance of all plumbing fixture
  • Perform plumbing duties and inspections
  • Repair sinks, stools, faucets, drains, traps, sumps and filter systems
  • Plan and develop recommendations for renovations and expansions
  • Ensure adherence to Minnesota state codes
  • Estimate costs for projects and expansions
  • Responsible for inventory control and purchasing of plumbing equipment and supplies

KNOWLEDGE AND CERTIFICATION, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Knowledge and Certification
Required:
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
  • State of Minnesota Journeyman's license
  • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record

Preferred:
  • Any certificates or license pertaining to this role such as Master Plumber

Skills
Required:
  • Accurate and detail-oriented
  • Highly organized and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Strong mechanical aptitude

Abilities
Required:
  • Ability to work independently
