The Experience We’d Love To See:

• Proven experience generating takeoffs for lumber, engineered wood, windows, doors, and trim.

• Ability to size beams/headers and run engineered wood product (EWP) software.

• Familiarity with manufacturer estimating platforms (e.g., Quaker, Andersen, Therma-Tru, Masonite).

• Proficiency in blueprint reading and construction materials estimating, ideally with MiTek SAPPHIRE or similar software.

What You’ll Get To Do:

• Read and analyze residential construction plans to prepare full takeoffs.

• Provide sales reps with accurate and timely estimates to drive profitable projects.

• Own the estimating process across lumber, engineered wood, windows, doors, and trim.

• Influence value engineering decisions that directly impact builders’ budgets and project success.

• Maintain databases and pricing systems to streamline future estimates.

• Collaborate with outside sales reps, offering technical expertise and support.

• Enjoy autonomy in a role designed for impact—not micromanagement.
