Job Title: PLM Scrum Master (Medical Device)

Location: Westchester, CA

Contract

Role Descriptions: Major Duties  Responsibilities

Serve as a Scrum Master| facilitating core Agile ceremonies including sprint planning| daily standups| sprint reviews| and retrospectives

Coach the squad on pragmatic application of SAFe principles in a highly interdependent| delivery focused environment

Support ARTlevel ceremonies such as PI Planning| Inspect  Adapt| and System Demos

Act as a central coordination point between Product Analysts| Technical Product Owners| architects| and delivery partners

Partner with Product Analysts and Technical Product Owners to ensure configuration work items are well defined with clear acceptance criteria

Maintain Jira plans| delivery boards| and execution metrics to ensure transparency

Leverage Confluence to document delivery plans| assumptions| and key decisions

Help manage risks and dependencies related to data quality| system constraints| and migration cutover activities

Enable effective collaboration between globally distributed team members and stakeholders

Qualifications

SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)| Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP)| Certified Scrum Coach (CSC) or equivalent Agile certification

oAt least 3 years of experience serving as a Scrum Master

oAt least 1 year of experience supporting technical or product teams

oAt least 1 year of experience leading teams through a Product Increment (PI) cycle

Demonstrated understanding of Agile and SAFe principles and practices

Hands-on experience using JIRA and Confluence for Agile execution and reporting

Experience working with globally distributed teams

Strong facilitation| communication| and conflict-resolution skills Strong understanding and experience in software development lifecycle process (SDLC)Good understanding and practical application of generative and agentic AI

Preferred Knowledge| Skills and Abilities

Experience working with PTC Windchill| including configuration or enhancement work

Familiarity with PLM processes (e.g.| Change Control| lifecycle management)Experience in regulated or compliance driven environments (e.g.| medical devices)
