Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced EDO Program Level Scrum Master to support large-scale Enterprise Data Office (EDO) initiatives within the Asset Management business.
The individual will lead Agile execution across multiple Data, Analytics, Governance, and Technology workstreams while ensuring alignment with enterprise data strategy and business objectives.
The ideal candidate should possess strong Agile delivery expertise, stakeholder management skills, and deep understanding of Asset Management business processes including Portfolio Management, Risk, Compliance, Performance Reporting, Security Master, and Data Governance.
The Scrum Master will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove delivery impediments, coordinate dependencies across multiple teams, drive continuous improvement, and ensure successful execution of enterprise-wide data transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities
• Facilitate Agile execution across multiple EDO delivery squads.
• Drive Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Program Increment (PI) activities.
• Ensure adherence to Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and enterprise delivery standards.
• Support delivery of large-scale Data and Analytics programs.
• Monitor sprint progress and delivery forecasts.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, blockers, and dependencies.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
• 1015+ years of IT and Data Program delivery experience.
• 5+ years as Scrum Master supporting enterprise programs.
• Experience in Enterprise Data Office (EDO) or Data Governance organizations.
• Proven experience supporting multiple Agile teams simultaneously.
• Experience delivering Data & Analytics transformation programs.
• Strong experience working within Asset Management, Investment Management, or
• Wealth Management firms.
• Expertise in Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence ,ServiceNow
• ICAgile Certification
• Agile Coaching Certification (Preferred)
Salary Range- $110,000-$130,000 a year
