Position Summary
The Dean is responsible for the overall delivery and quality of educational programs and services. This leadership role focuses on academic excellence, faculty development, student success, and operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, and develop faculty and academic staff
  • Manage and supervise faculty and staff performance
  • Monitor and maintain campus curricula to ensure quality and compliance
  • Oversee the delivery of educational services and academic programs
  • Track and support student performance and outcomes
  • Review, analyze, and manage institutional reports
  • Ensure compliance with academic standards and accreditation requirements

Qualifications
  • Doctorate degree (required)
  • Previous academic experience in higher education
  • Prior management or leadership experience
  • 3+ years of experience in management, academic operations, and/or accreditation compliance preferred
