Our client is an established national logistics company with nearly 60 years in the industry, looking for a Master Plumber in Suwanee, GA.
As a Master Plumber, the right candidate should have experience performing appliance installations, including those requiring natural gas connections and licensed for a specified market plumbing code with the ability to work through and resolve problems as needed.
Typical responsibilities include:
  • Install and test appliances using necessary tools determined by task, manufactures installation instructions, and local codes.
  • Completes delivery and installation by communicating job expectations with the installation teams in addition to planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
  • Coaching, and enforcing installation practices, policies, and procedures
  • Installation parts management, supply management and installation tools management
  • Direct contractors to install household appliances to perform plumbing services, (Apprentice and Journeyman Licensing).

Qualifications

  • Journeyman Plumber certified in accordance with the rules and regulations of the state's Plumbers & Gas Fittings Examining Board.

  • Certification and Licensing in household appliance plumbing services for specific markets.
  • The ability to stand, walk, use hands and reach with hands/arms. The candidate must be able to lift and move appliances of up to 100 pounds. Vision abilities required by this position include close, distance and color vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
