How you'll make an impact in this roleEducational Leadership: Design and lead Level I and Level II CPE programs that exceed ACPE standards while aligning with our mission and institutional goals.
Student Mentorship: Manage the full lifecycle of the student experience, from recruitment and screening to hands-on clinical supervision and performance evaluation.
Clinical Integration: Collaborate with the chaplaincy team to provide direct pastoral care, including counseling, religious rites, and guidance on complex biomedical ethics.
Program Stewardship: Maintain all essential CPE records, library resources, and departmental policies to ensure continuous accreditation and educational excellence.
Operational Oversight: Coordinate daily spiritual care services and provide strategic leadership to the department in alignment with clinical priorities.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Chaplain obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
