Hiring Licensed Marriage and Family Counselor - School - Start Date August 13, 2026 - Excellent Pay + Benefits

The Marriage and Family Counselor provides professional counseling services designed in assisting participants in behavior change to maintain a healthy lifestyle and quality of life through individual and group therapy.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or related field preferred
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling or Social Work, Family Therapy preferred
  • Licensed as a Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) as required by state regulations and/or contract specifications
  • One (1) year of experience in counseling preferred
  • Current CPR if applicable
  • TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable 
  • Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) 
  • Must meet all federal, state and local requirements 
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
