A Strategic Role at the Heart of Logistic

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic communications partner to Operations and Network teams, translating operational realities into clear, coordinated, and actionable communications for a range of audiences.
  • Support day-to-day operational alignment by developing communication plans, key messages, and tools that help teams stay informed, aligned, and ready to execute.
  • Lead communications that enable network growth, including station openings, expansion initiatives, and site integration activities, in close collaboration with cross-functional partners.
  • Help bring a stronger corporate voice to client communications, both proactively and reactively, in relation to our products, progress, operational updates, and network evolution.
  • Develop and adapt communication tools and content for different audiences, including employees, leaders, corporate clients, and external partners.
  • Collaborate with Public Relations and other internal partners to ensure consistency across internal and external messaging and support the company's reputation.
  • Measure communication effectiveness and refine strategies to maximize clarity, consistency, and impact in a fragmented and international environment.
  • Develop and implement operational communication strategies that strengthen alignment among employees, leaders, partners, and clients.
  • Support relationship-building efforts with corporate clients through clear and consistent communications.
  • Ensure communication initiatives contribute to operational efficiency and business performance.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Industrial Relations, or a related field; Master's degree an asset.
  • 10+ years of experience in communications within a large organization, with a track record of delivering concrete communication initiatives in both internal and external contexts.
  • Experience supporting operational environments and working with business teams to develop practical, ready-to-use communication tools and plans.
  • Experience in multi-site, multi-time-zone environments, with the ability to manage shifting priorities and move work forward with speed and discipline.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior leaders, clients, and cross-functional partners.
  • Knowledge of the logistics or e-commerce sector.
  • Full professional proficiency in written and spoken French and English; a third language is an asset.
  • High level of autonomy, sound judgment, and ability to execute effectively in fast-paced and evolving environments.
  • Sensitivity to community relations and social acceptability issues.
  • Proficiency with digital communication tools, collaborative platforms, Microsoft 365, and AI tools.
