Position Summary... What you'll do...Role summary:
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will provide technical support, administration, and continuous improvement for Oracle Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service (EDMCS) and OneStream, ensuring these platforms remain dependable, secure, and aligned with business objectives. You will collaborate with Finance, Master Data Management (MDM), and cross-functional technology teams to support enterprise metadata management, resolve production issues, implement system enhancements, and maintain critical integrations. Additionally, you will support OneStream applications, drive platform stability, and operational excellence, and contribute to data governance initiatives. Experience with OpenStack or other cloud infrastructure technologies is preferred and will be valuable in supporting modern enterprise application environments.
  About the team:
The Corporate Technology Strategy team delivers reliable enterprise technology solutions supporting Finance, People, and Associate Digital Experience. This team manages Enterprise Performance Management platforms that enable stakeholders to oversee metadata, ensure data integrity, and support critical financial planning and reporting. Collaborating with Finance, Master Data Management, and cross-functional technology groups, the team maintains and enhances Oracle Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service and OneStream applications. Emphasizing continuous improvement, operational excellence, and dependable system performance, the team aligns technology initiatives with enterprise-wide business objectives to drive effective and scalable solutions.
  What you'll do:
  • Provide day-to-day support, administration, and maintenance of Oracle Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service (EDMCS).
  • Design, develop, and maintain OneStream applications, including Planning and Forecasting solutions.
  • Manage enterprise metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, node types, viewpoints, and subscriptions within EDMCS.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, user-reported issues, and integration failures in accordance with established SLAs.
  • Perform routine maintenance activities, including application updates, security administration, user provisioning, and environment validation.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Master Data Management (MDM), and business stakeholders to implement approved metadata changes and enhancements.
  • Support and maintain integration between EDMCS, OneStream, and other enterprise applications.
  • Assist with testing, deployments, quarterly Oracle updates, and production releases.
  • Provide end-user support, training, and guidance on EDMCS and OneStream functionality, processes, and best practices.

What you'll bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of direct experience supporting, administering, and maintaining Oracle Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service (EDMCS) and OneStream in an enterprise environment.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise metadata management, including hierarchies, dimensions, viewpoints, subscriptions, and data governance principles.
  • Experience administering, supporting, and enhancing OneStream applications and related financial planning and reporting processes.
  • Proven experience troubleshooting production issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing scalable, long-term solutions.
  • Proficiency in Python, REST APIs, SQL, and scripting to support automation, integrations, and operational efficiencies.
  • Experience designing, supporting, and maintaining integration between enterprise applications and cloud-based platforms.
  • Knowledge of OpenStack and other cloud infrastructure technologies is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a challenging environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively partner with Finance, Master Data Management (MDM), business stakeholders, and technical teams.
