As a Consultant, Functional Transformation on the SAP business transformation services team, you will be responsible for:

  • Support end-to-end SAP S/4HANA data migration activities, including data profiling, cleansing, mapping, transformation, conversion, and validation
  • Partner with business and technical teams to define source-to-target requirements and resolve data quality issues across migration cycles
  • Migrate employee lifecycle data, including worker master data, organizational assignments, compensation, time, benefits, and human resources infotypes or objects
  • Migrate asset lifecycle data, including fixed assets, asset master records, capitalization details, depreciation attributes, and retirement history
  • Execute reconciliation, testing, and cutover readiness activities to help ensure migrated data aligns with business, finance, controlling, compliance, payroll, and reporting requirements

  • 3+ years of experience supporting SAP data migration, data conversion, or data management activities
  • 3+ years experience profiling, cleansing, mapping, and transforming data from legacy systems into SAP S/4HANA
  • 3+ years experience in one of the following areas:
    • Migrating employee lifecycle data, including worker master data, organizational assignments, compensation, time, benefits, and human resources infotypes or objects
    • Migrating asset lifecycle data, including fixed assets, asset master records, capitalization details, depreciation attributes, and retirement history
  • Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA transformation programs for government or public sector clients
  • Experience supporting human capital management and finance data domains within the same migration program
  • Experience with data validation, reconciliation, and defect resolution across testing cycles

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
