Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Master Data Management (MDM) Developer to lead the technical implementation of our enterprise MDM strategy. This individual will play a critical role in architecting, developing, and delivering a scalable Master Data Management platform that will serve as the foundation for enterprise-wide data governance.
The initial focus will be the successful implementation of a Customer Master solution, with a strategic roadmap to evolve into a Multi-Domain Enterprise MDM supporting Customer, Material, Supplier, Asset, and other core business domains.
This role combines deep MDM platform expertise, cloud-native integration experience, and enterprise data architecture skills. The ideal candidate will work closely with enterprise architects, business stakeholders, and system integrators to deliver a secure, scalable solution operating within an AWS GovCloud environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesEnterprise MDM Solution Design

  • Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade Master Data Management solutions.
  • Configure and optimize matching, merging, survivorship, relationship management, hierarchy management, and reference data capabilities.
  • Develop scalable data models capable of supporting future multi-domain expansion.
Platform Evaluation & Technical Leadership

  • Lead technical evaluations and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) across leading MDM platforms including Informatica MDM and Reltio.
  • Assess platform capabilities, scalability, integration patterns, and long-term maintainability.
  • Provide architecture recommendations that align with enterprise data strategy.
Data Integration & Engineering

  • Design and develop secure, high-performance ETL/ELT pipelines for ingesting master data from Salesforce CRM and other enterprise systems.
  • Develop APIs, integration services, and batch processing workflows.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, lineage, and governance throughout the integration lifecycle.

Enterprise Data Strategy

  • Support long-term modernization initiatives across the enterprise data ecosystem.
Required QualificationsExperience

  • 8+ years of hands-on Master Data Management implementation experience.
  • Proven experience implementing enterprise-scale MDM solutions from design through production deployment.
  • Experience leading technical workstreams on complex MDM implementations.
