Job description

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Five (5) or more years of progressive business or technical analysis experience.
  • Demonstrated enterprise systems experience.
  • Strong understanding of EMS and/or healthcare industry, including operational, financial, and clinical functions preferred.

Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screen to the satisfaction of the organization.

Essential Functions of the Position

  • Drive awareness of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data.
  • Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, ensuring maximum usability.
  • Partner with stakeholders across business units (ex: operations, finance, clinical, support, billing, etc.) to develop analyses and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teams.
  • Analyze data from multiple systems (Computer Aided Dispatch, Electronic Health Records, Billing, Logistics, etc.), identifying trends and correlations that can be used to increase organizational efficiency.
  • Work with relational and non-relational data sources (SQL, Snowflake, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Visualize data utilizing available platforms (Crystal Reports, Tableau, Power Bi).
  • Present data and work with shareholders to test process changes and drive performance in their areas of responsibility.
