Senior Data Analyst
Job no: 493306

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Position Introduction:
Will function as lead developer for a Care Management application platform currently utilized by a team of approximately 15 staff to manage a large population of Health Access Network members.
The successful candidate will provide technical leadership for application design, development, enhancement, and support activities. Required skills include strong proficiency in C#, .NET 8, REST APIs, and Microsoft SQL Server, along with experience designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise applications. Experience with Dapper, IIS, Visual Studio, Azure, and modern software development practices is preferred.
The candidate should be capable of leading technical initiatives, mentoring developers, performing code reviews, troubleshooting complex application issues, and collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions. Experience with TypeScript and React is desirable but not required for candidates with strong back-end development and database expertise.
Experience with AI-assisted software development tools and workflows is strongly preferred, including the ability to leverage modern AI coding assistants to improve productivity, code quality, testing, documentation, and application delivery. The ideal candidate will be comfortable evaluating and adopting emerging technologies while maintaining established software engineering best practices.

  • 48 months experience as a Data Analyst or in related field.

Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months data analysis, business analysis experience in lieu of the Bachelor's Degree for a total of 96 months experience.
