Responsibilities:
  • Perform professional skincare and aesthetic services in accordance with state regulations and company protocols
  • Conduct thorough client consultations and skin analyses to create customized treatment plans
  • Educate clients on skincare routines, post-care, and long-term treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client records and treatment notes
  • Uphold strict sanitation, safety, and infection control standards
  • Promote and recommend retail products to support client results
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage retention and referrals
  • Actively grow and maintain a strong personal clientele through exceptional service and client experience
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, techniques, and continued education

Requirements:
  • Active Master Esthetician License (Virginia)

  • Previous training and experience with BBL/light-based treatments required
  • Strong knowledge of skin conditions, product ingredients, and treatment protocols

  • Established client base and ability to bring and retain a following of loyal clients
