Summary

The NOC Master ControlOperator is responsible for the successful operations and monitoring of all ourtelevision stations owned by Entravision Communications. This is accomplishedthrough confirming correct programming and scheduled station breaks air asscheduled on programming logs. The position is based at our Hub in McAllen TX.We are willing to train you for this entry level opening. Entravision is acompany that has many career opportunities available as a multimedia company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

ย 

  • Updateand maintain signal control systems through our automation systems
  • Assure segments for syndication content and clips to the server are correct andconfirmed
  • Printstiming sheets from our Univision, NBC and Fox stations and assures the properappending of next day logs to the Bit Central Automation System
  • Monitorsthe reliability of incoming and outgoing signals and reports equipment problemsto our engineering and IT teams
  • Routessources from which programming will be received, or through which programmingwill be transmitted to multiple sources using a Utah Scientific Router
  • Responsiblefor working with our News Hubs to assure our Newscasts air without issue.
  • Confirmcontent with our traffic and production teams in all of our markets across thecountry
  • Maintain clear and accurate discrepancy records for SOX compliance
  • Performs other duties asassigned
