Position Overview

The primary responsibility of a Licensed Master Esthetician is to deliver amazing, safe, and therapeutic skin care services in a high-volume health and wellness location. While working independently, the Master Esthetician will thrive in an environment of teamwork and collaboration. The Master Esthetician will build relationships with members and guests to help them pursue their skin care goals and foster a culture focused on client satisfaction. A successful Master Esthetician will combine expertise and artistry along with our and modalities to design customized facial and body treatments along with applicable skin care products that meet the individual needs of clients.

  •  Current state Master Esthetics license through applicable governing board
  •  Understand and believe in the benefits of skin care and massage therapy
  •  Effective communication and technical massage skills
  •  Relationship management including the ability to collaborate, communicate, and influence
  •  Able to work flexible days and hours

Essential Functions

  •  Understand, believe in, and uphold PCRK Group and Massage Envy's Mission, Vision, and Values
  •  Perform skin care services for no less than 3 consecutive hours and for of a maximum of 90- minutes in length, per service
  •  Successfully communicate with clients regarding their skin care needs, the treatment and a recommended wellness plan. Through this communication, retain a percentage of clients that regularly request their services.
  •  Willingness to continually learn about product knowledge of skin care lines to improve product recommendations for a client's successful home regimen
  •  Successfully communicate with clients regarding products and skin care regiments that will address their skin care needs
  •  Meets or exceeds individual retail sales goals
  •  Meets or exceeds other individual and location goals. Actively maintains a time management plan to ensure continuous productivity. Identifies and suggests ways to improve location performance
  •  Complete marketing activities including speaking to clients in the lobby, making outbound phone calls, and participating in periodic skin care events.
  •  Participation in store meetings and trainings in addition to scheduled trainings with skin care vendors for updates to protocols, products, etc.
  •  Perform regular tasks including adhering to the Massage Envy Infection Control & Cleaning Policy, assisting with laundry duties, emptying garbage cans, and restocking of supplies
  •  Successfully perform a series of hands-on skin care practical evaluations at a minimum standard. Team members will also be trained in and are required to perform brand specific service protocols and enhancements.
  •  Spend most of the day on their feet bending over clients to perform skin care services. Use of hands and firm arm strength are necessary. Physical requirements are outlined below.
