ABOUT YOU

As the OT Systems and Security Administrator, you are a strategic and technically skilled professional who takes ownership of complex operational technology environments, approaches challenges with sound judgment and attention to detail, and balances reliability, security, and business needs. You build strong partnerships across teams, communicate complex concepts clearly, adapt to evolving technologies and threats, and continuously seek opportunities to strengthen systems, reduce risk, and support safe, efficient, and resilient operations.

What you will do:
  • Manage and maintain OT, SCADA, IC, and IoT infrastructure, ensuring critical operational systems remain secure, reliable, available, and optimized to support business operations and operational continuity.
  • Serve as a technical lead for operational technology environments by evaluating and implementing new technologies, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders, managing system access, and supporting technology projects from planning through deployment.
  • Strengthen and safeguard operational technology systems through proactive cybersecurity monitoring, vulnerability management, incident response, system hardening, and adherence to established security frameworks and industry best practices.
  • Provide technical leadership and continuous improvement by developing documentation and procedures, delivering user training, advising leadership on technology investments and risk mitigation strategies, and driving initiatives that enhance system performance, resiliency, and operational effectiveness.
What you offer:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting systems administration, operational technology (OT), industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA environments, cybersecurity, or related technology disciplines.
  • Working knowledge of OT, IC, SCADA, and IoT environments, Windows server administration, industrial networking, remote access technologies, scripting and automation tools, application integrations, and cybersecurity principles.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to assess technology and cybersecurity risks, develop technical documentation, deliver training, and support compliance with industry standards and security frameworks.
