Origin Market at Spooky Nook Sports is looking for a passionate and skilled Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our team. The facility is situated inside Spooky Nook Sports, providing immediate, built-in access to a high-volume clientele including competitive athletes, fitness center members, and weekend tournament guests. If you specialize in sports massage, deep tissue work, and injury recovery, this is an incredible opportunity to instantly fill your weekend book with zero marketing overhead or booth rental fees.


Classification: W-2 Employee

Hours: Part-time, variable weekend shifts (ranging from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM based on tournament schedules)

Compensation: 50/50 Revenue Split


Essential Job Functions

  • Provide high-quality sports massage, deep tissue therapy, and myofascial release tailored to athletes and tournament guests.
  • Assess clients' physical conditions, range of motion, and specific athletic complaints to deliver targeted recovery treatments.
  • Manage a variable weekend schedule efficiently, maintaining a high standard of client care during peak tournament hours.
  • Maintain clean, sanitized, and professional treatment spaces between sessions.

Qualifications

  • Active Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) license and in good standing with the state board.
  • Professional liability insurance is required.
  • Strong background or keen interest in sports massage, athletic recovery, and deep tissue techniques.
  • Flexibility to work variable weekend shifts ranging between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM depending on tournament brackets and events.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional, welcoming demeanor for tournament guests and athletes.
