We require candidates possess 2+ years of massage experience in a spa, or massage environment, preferably with an emphasis on luxury, warm and friendly customer service. Additional requirements include:

  • A warm, calm and nurturing demeanor

  • A responsible; wellness-oriented team player, with a strong work ethic

  • An amazing massage therapist with a passion for caring for others

  • Active LMT license + instructor license + college degree or equivalent hospitality training (preferred)

  • 3+ years progressive spa or wellness massage training experience

  • Ability to work weekends and some holidays

  • Ability to lift 25 pounds, and stand for extended periods, and bend, squat, twist, etc.

  • Valid State of Texas LMT license

Preferred Technical Skills + Tools

  • Ability to deliver internal CEU programming (MTI)

  • Knowledge of Adult Learning Theory

  • Experience with Zenoti (or similar systems)

  • Proficiency in Slack, Microsoft Office, and Canva

  • Strong written communication and accurate data entry

What You’ll Do

  • Mentor + develop Licensed Massage Therapists

  • Oversee and execute education programs, CEUs + LMT Apprentice Program

  • Ensure adherence to Viva protocols and service standards

  • Support Multi-location consistency and training support

  • Partner with leadership on training strategy and expansion

  • Drive measurable results, including retail performance

  • Support new location launches and expansion (some travel required)
