Monday-Thursday 8AM-6PM & Friday 8AM-1PM | Full-Time

What You'll Do
As a Licensed Massage Therapist, you'll provide therapeutic massage treatments while supporting the daily operations of our chiropractic clinic to ensure an exceptional patient experience.
  • Perform 30- and 60-minute therapeutic massage sessions as part of patient treatment plans. 
  • Welcome patients, prepare treatment rooms, and ensure patient comfort before and after therapy. 
  • Assist with patient positioning on traction and decompression tables. 
  • Take and develop X-rays as directed. 
  • Schedule follow-up appointments and communicate with the front desk team. 
  • Maintain clean, organized treatment rooms and common clinical areas. 
  • Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and manage clinic linens. 
  • Ensure massage and therapy equipment is clean, safe, and functioning properly. 
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures. 
  • Perform additional duties as assigned. 
Qualifications
Required
  • High school diploma or GED. 
  • Completion of an approved massage therapy training program or apprenticeship. 
  • Active Michigan Massage Therapy License. 
  • Experience performing a variety of massage techniques, including deep tissue, Swedish, Shiatsu, hot stone, Thai, or sports massage. 
  • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills. 
  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and pushing up to 300 pounds. 
Preferred
  • At least one (1) year of experience in a healthcare or clinical setting. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Compensation
Base Pay:
  • $15.00/hour while performing Chiropractic Assistant responsibilities. 
Massage Therapy Earnings:
  • 50% of gross receipts for cash-pay and commercial insurance massage sessions. 
  • $75 per massage for workers' compensation and auto insurance massage sessions. 
Your total compensation combines your hourly base pay with massage therapy commissions, providing earning potential of approximately $30-$55/hour, depending on productivity.
