Masonry Restoration Project Manager 

Description:

  • Complete oversight of repair & restoration projects
  • Monitor/control construction through administrative direction of on-site Superintendent/Foreman to ensure project is built on schedule and within budget; investigate potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures.
  • Manage self perform project operations including estimating, bid process, production tracking, financial monitoring, and reporting.
  • Attend project meetings
  • Develop client relationships, resolve client issues
  • Develop strong relationships with Superintendents, Subcontractors, and Assistant Project Managers
  • Ensure permitting and compliance with local ordinance

Qualifications: 

  • 5 years of experience in brick/stone/terracotta/facade repair or an equivalent level of education combined with experience.
  • Knowledge of construction project management software. Familiarity with Procore is ideal.
  • Previous experience with self perform estimating and project execution. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related degree is preferred.
