We’re seeking experienced Commercial Masons who are hardworking, dependable, and thrive in a team-oriented environment. Carolina Masonry and Concrete has proudly served Charlotte and surrounding areas for over 20 years, delivering high-quality masonry, stone, and concrete services. Job Description: As a Commercial Mason with Carolina Masonry and Concrete, you will:

  • Lay and bind building materials such as brick, block, and stone to construct or repair walls, foundations, partitions, arches, and other structures.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and building plans to meet the specifications of each project.
  • Mix and apply mortar, grout, and other binding agents to ensure proper bonding between masonry units.
  • Shape or cut materials to fit specific measurements, using tools like hammers, chisels, or power tools.
  • Inspect work for precision, alignment, and structural quality, ensuring adherence to safety standards.
  • Work on various projects, including commercial buildings, outdoor hardscapes, and concrete installations.
  • Collaborate with a team, including other masons, laborers, and supervisors, to complete projects on time and within scope.
