Responsibilities
● Prepare accurate commercial masonry estimates.
● Manage multiple commercial projects simultaneously from start to finish.
● Build project schedules and coordinate field crews.
● Purchase materials and coordinate deliveries.
● Work with general contractors, architects, and owners.
● Track job costs, budgets, schedules, change orders and profitability.
● Supervise project foremen and field personnel.
● Help develop new business and maintain client relationships.
● Improve company systems and operating procedures.
● Eventually oversee the day-to-day operation of the company.


Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of commercial masonry experience.
  • Experience estimating brick, block, stone and CMU projects.
  • Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.
  • Valid driver's license.
