MAS HVAC creates custom-engineered thermal management solutions for customers operating in demanding and mission‑critical environments. As data centre density continues to increase and AI workloads drive new cooling requirements, MAS HVAC is significantly expanding its liquid cooling and advanced thermal solutions portfolio. This role will define what that business becomes.

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager – Liquid Solutions to own product strategy and execution for liquid-based cooling solutions supporting data centers, AI infrastructure, and other high‑performance computing environments.

This role reports directly to the Director of Product Management and is intended for a senior Product Manager who understands how to lead the PM function across a complex portfolio of highly engineered liquid cooling systems. A background in a hardware or manufacturing environment and experience in mission critical environments preferred.

Position Summary

The Senior Product Manager – Liquid Solutions is responsible for defining and executing product strategy across MAS HVAC’s liquid cooling portfolio. This role will lead roadmap development, guide new product development, and ensure alignment between data center customer needs, engineering execution, and business objectives.

The Senior PM will act as the primary owner of liquid cooling products supporting high‑density compute, AI/ML workloads, and mission‑critical thermal applications, partnering closely with engineering, sales, operations, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own product strategy and roadmap for MAS HVAC’s liquid cooling and advanced thermal solutions
  • Lead market analysis focused on data center, AI, and high‑density computing cooling requirements
  • Translate customer, integrator, and end‑user needs into clear product requirements and specifications
  • Guide new product development from concept through launch, including performance targets, cost, and scalability
  • Partner with engineering to prioritize development efforts and manage technical and commercial tradeoffs
  • Support sales and applications teams with product positioning, use cases, and technical differentiation
  • Monitor product performance, margins, and adoption across data center and mission‑critical markets
  • Serve as the internal product owner for liquid cooling solutions, including customer and partner engagement
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of Product Management experience in a hardware, industrial, or manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated experience owning complex, engineered products end‑to‑end
  • Strong understanding of product strategy, portfolio management, and lifecycle execution
  • Experience working cross‑functionally with engineering, sales, and operations teams
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply new technical domains, including liquid cooling architectures
  • Strong communication, prioritization, and decision‑making skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience with data center cooling, liquid cooling, or thermal management systems
  • Exposure to high‑density compute, AI/ML infrastructure, or mission‑critical facilities
  • Background supporting engineered‑to‑order or configurable product platforms
  • Experience working with hyperscale, colocation, or enterprise data center customers
