Job Description:
Dobbs Defense Solutions is seeking a mid-level Contract Administrator to support our federal contracting operations and business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in contract administration across multiple contract types, experience with federal acquisition processes, and the ability to respond to IDIQs, RFPs, RFIs, and other solicitations. This role requires familiarity with GSA MAS, OASIS+, GovWin, and other well-known contract portals, as well as the flexibility to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid HUBZone environment.
Duties: ย ย 
  • Administer and manage a variety of federal contract types (FFP, cost-reimbursable, incentive, T&M, etc.) from award through close-out.
  • Support with the ย preparation, submissions, and tracking responses to IDIQs, RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, and ensuring compliance with all requirements.
  • Support business development by monitoring GovWin, OASIS+, and other federal acquisition portals for new opportunities.
  • Draft, review, and process contract modifications, change orders, and funding actions in compliance with FAR/DFARS and agency guidelines.
  • Track and manage contract deliverables, CDRLs, and reporting requirements.
  • Administer and maintain GSA MAS contracts and other contract vehicles.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to prepare cost proposals, technical responses, and compliance documentation.
  • Receive training in Unanet to manage contracts, projects, funding, and reporting.
  • Maintain organized contract files and records for audits, reviews, and reporting.
  • Proposal background is a plus
Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience in federal contract administration or coordination.
  • Proficiency with IDIQ, RFP, RFI, and RFQ processes.
  • Experience managing multiple contract vehicles, including GSA MAS.
  • Familiarity with OASIS+, GovWin, Deltek and other well-known contract opportunity portals.
  • Understanding of FAR/DFARS and federal acquisition regulations.
  • Experience with contract modifications, funding actions, and deliverable tracking.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and learn new systems
  • Experienced in Unanet
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
  • Experience supporting both prime and subcontractor roles.
  • Ability to work effectively with program managers, finance, and proposal teams.
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced federal contracting environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
