DOO Studio is BRP's global internal creative and production studio, supporting our full portfolio of brands (Ski-Doo, Sea-Doo, Can-Am vehicles, accessories, and apparel) with scalable, technology-powered brand expression. The Product Owner - AEM Assets (DAM) is responsible for the vision, roadmap, optimization, and ongoing evolution of BRP's enterprise Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform. This role connects business needs, user experience, and technical capabilities to support an efficient and integrated content lifecycle-from asset ingestion and metadata to automation, discovery, and distribution.
Working across Marketing, Creative, Operations, IT, Architecture, development teams, and external partners, the Product Owner aligns stakeholders, drives priorities, and ensures initiatives deliver measurable business value.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Own and communicate the short-, medium-, and long-term vision and roadmap for AEM Assets, balancing immediate business needs with the platform's longer-term evolution.

  • Align business and technical stakeholders around shared priorities, expected outcomes, and delivery plans, acting as the accountable point of ownership for product decisions and trade-offs.

  • Gather and translate business and user needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  • Accelerate the execution of active and future initiatives and pilots.

  • Act as the primary product partner for Adobe and implementation partners, guiding solution decisions and maximizing the value of external services.

  • Collaborate with architects and developers to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable integrations, workflows, and automations.

  • Establish product KPIs and monitor adoption, platform performance, and delivered value to identify continuous improvement opportunities.

  • Support global DAM governance, best practices, and adoption while maintaining knowledge of Adobe's roadmap, industry trends, and emerging AI and content supply chain capabilities.

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Product Management, or a related field.

  • Five or more years of experience in product ownership, digital platforms, DAM, MarTech, or enterprise technology.

  • Demonstrated experience with Adobe Experience Manager Assets in a complex enterprise environment.

  • Strong understanding of creative content ecosystems, metadata, workflows, permissions, APIs, integrations, and digital asset lifecycle management.

  • Experience managing product roadmaps and backlogs and writing user stories with clear functional and technical acceptance criteria.

  • The ability to collaborate effectively with Marketing, Creative, Operations, IT, architects, developers, and external partners.

  • Strong technical fluency, intellectual curiosity, and adaptability, with the ability to quickly grasp evolving business and technical concepts; experience in development, solution design, or systems integration is a significant asset.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, prioritization, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and change-management skills.

  • Knowledge of Workfront, Adobe Experience Cloud, Creative Cloud, Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, or AI-enabled content workflows is an asset; proficiency in English and French is preferred.
