Marsh insurance brokers often encounter challenges such as managing complex client portfolios, keeping up with evolving insurance products, and balancing the needs of clients with insurer requirements. New hires can navigate these challenges by leveraging Marsh's robust training programs, actively seeking mentorship from experienced colleagues, and utilizing the firm's collaborative team structure to share knowledge and strategies. Building strong client relationships and staying informed about industry trends also help brokers deliver optimal solutions and succeed in this dynamic environment.
