Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager / Director of Sales (DOS) to join our hospitality team. This is a remote position based in India, supporting sales and business development for our U.S. hotel properties.

The ideal candidate will have strong hotel sales experience and a proven ability to generate new business, develop corporate accounts, build client relationships, and increase hotel revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve hotel revenue and occupancy goals.

  • Generate new business through corporate accounts, group bookings, travel agencies, local businesses, and other market segments.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key accounts.

  • Conduct sales calls, email campaigns, presentations, and client follow-ups.

  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

  • Manage and grow existing accounts while developing new accounts.

  • Promote hotel rooms, group accommodations, meeting spaces, and hotel services.

  • Develop corporate and group rate agreements.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity.

  • Work closely with General Managers, Revenue Management, Front Office, and Operations teams.

  • Track sales leads, accounts, room nights, and revenue production.

  • Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.

  • Participate in virtual sales meetings, networking events, and client presentations.

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

  • 3+ years of hotel sales or hospitality sales experience preferred.

  • Experience working with U.S. hotels or international hospitality markets is an advantage.

  • Strong understanding of corporate, group, leisure, and local hotel sales.

  • Proven ability to generate new business and achieve sales targets.

  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, email, and sales tools.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to work U.S. business hours.

  • Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.

Preferred Candidates

Candidates with experience as a Director of Sales, Assistant Director of Sales, Hotel Sales Manager, Corporate Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, or Group Sales Manager are encouraged to apply.

Experience with Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, or other major hotel brands is a plus.
