The Battle House Renaissance Mobile Hotel & Spa and Renaissance Mobile Riverview Plaza Hotel are seeking an experienced Rooms Inventory Manager to oversee inventory strategy and system accuracy for two of Mobile's premier full-service Marriott properties.
 
This is a highly collaborative, onsite role that partners closely with Revenue Management, Sales, Reservations, Front Office, and Hotel Leadership to ensure room inventory, rates, and function space are optimized to maximize revenue while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

What You'll Do
  • Manage room inventory, rate loading, restrictions, and function space availability to support revenue optimization strategies across both hotels
  • Maintain the accuracy of Marriott systems, ensuring rates, packages, authorizations, and inventory align with business objectives and revenue strategies
  • Partner with Revenue Management, Sales, Reservations, and Operations to support forecasting, demand management, and inventory decisions
  • Monitor inventory performance, identify opportunities to improve occupancy and profitability, and recommend strategic adjustments based on market demand
  • Lead and develop inventory and reservations team members while ensuring operational excellence, system accuracy, and exceptional internal customer service
 
The Ideal Candidate
  • Previous experience in Revenue Management, Inventory Management, Reservations, or Front Office leadership within a full-service Marriott hotel
  • Hands-on experience with MARSHA, Marriott Property Management Systems (PMS), and Marriott inventory and reservation platforms
  • Previous supervisory or management experience with a proven ability to coach, develop, and lead associates
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities while collaborating across departments in a fast-paced hotel environment
