AI Deployment Lead, Private Equity

AlphaSense

Job description

About the Team:

AlphaSense's Product team stands at the forefront of innovation, developing AI-powered solutions that enable professionals to make smarter, faster, and more informed decisions. Our team, a diverse and global collective of operators, craftspeople, innovators, and visionaries, shares a passion for solving complex problems and delivering exceptional user experiences. Within Product, the SuperAnalyst team builds agentic finance capabilities, and our Forward Deployed team is how they reach customers-ex-practitioners who embed with priority accounts as trusted partners, calibrate skills to each firm's methodology, and drive hands-on adoption. If you're passionate about creating industry-leading AI applications that shape the future of finance, we'd love to meet you.

About the Role:

As an AI Deployment Lead, you are AlphaSense's industry professional defining and driving product roadmap by working directly with marquee financial services clients. You have front-office finance experience, intuition for how to use AI in your workflows, and interest in blending product development and forward deployed adoption of AI.

You'll work cross-functionally across Product and GTM, leading AlphaSense's effort to reinvent the workflows of private equity firms into agentic capabilities and applications on top of our platform. This means scoping core client processes & work product, building trusted client relationships, designing new AI use cases, and driving adoption. In marquee engagements, you drive towards the goal of having SuperAnalyst "fully deployed" for each firm by making SuperAnalyst core to how their teams research, pitch, model, and execute.

What You'll Do:

  • Be the trusted expert in the room: Lead forward-deployed client engagements to build bespoke AI applications and fine-tune our product for specific workflows and outcomes. Lead GTM demos that show clients what SuperAnalyst does for their real work (company research, financial modeling, valuation, and deliverables).
  • Build the relationships that drive partnership and product adoption: As the domain voice in the earliest conversations, anticipate how investors think and build the trusted, consultative relationships that establish AlphaSense's credibility and carry an evaluation toward a decision.
  • Own the proof-of-value: Scope evaluations that feel bespoke to each firm, build and calibrate custom skills to their coverage groups, product areas, and deal workflows. Set success criteria with the prospect up front, tie them to the outcomes leadership cares about, and produce the evidence that turns interest into commitment.
  • Master AlphaSense and emerging AI tools: Develop deep, hands-on fluency with SuperAnalyst's capabilities and the models beneath them so you're the definitive authority on what the platform can do for an investing workflow-staying ahead of every new capability and translating it into concrete wins for your accounts.
  • Design new use cases into the product: As a core product team member, you will help translate your bespoke deployment solutions, new use case discoveries, and client feedback back into central features for all of AlphaSense, shaping our roadmap and strengthening our edge.

Who You Are:

  • Work experience: 2+ years of work experience at a top-tier private equity firm.
  • Command of core private equity workflows: Strong fluency in financial modeling, writing investment committee memos, and valuation. Exposure across the full deal cycle, from sourcing and screening through diligence and execution, with hands-on ownership of live deal deliverables.
  • Outstanding communicator: Whether leading a polished product demo or explaining complex financial concepts on the fly, you build consultative trust with stakeholders from analysts to Partners.
  • Structured and outcome-oriented: A GTM instinct for scoping proof-of-value, defining success criteria, and building business cases that result in successful client evaluations.
  • Genuine curiosity about AI: Conviction about how AI will reshape private equity, and eagerness to be on the front line of it. Bachelor's degree or above.
