The Back Waiter / Server Assistant plays a vital role in delivering a seamless, elevated dining experience. This position supports the service team through precision, anticipation, and attention to detail, ensuring every table is executed with excellence. Core Responsibilities

  • Support Servers and Captains to ensure fluid, well-paced service throughout the dining room
  • Assist with table maintenance, including clearing, resetting, and re-marking with precision
