Position Summary...The Director, Technology Operations leads the strategy and execution of a new organization responsible for measuring and improving the Walmart Marketplace buyer experience. This role establishes the technical platform, operating model, and quality measurement framework needed to identify product quality issues, listing inaccuracies, and ratings and reviews integrity risks. The Director fosters strong cross-functional partnerships, influences business decisions through trusted data and insights, and drives continuous improvements across the Marketplace ecosystem. By combining advanced analytics, AI, and expert investigation, this position improves customer trust, reduces buyer disappointment, and delivers measurable improvements in Marketplace quality at scale. The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00 - $264,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
