About the Role 

We're seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior ABM Manager to lead our Account-Based Marketing initiatives across North America. In this role, you'll design and execute highly personalized marketing campaigns targeting our most valuable accounts, driving pipeline acceleration and revenue growth. You'll partner closely with Field Marketing, Sales, and Product Marketing teams to develop targeted strategies that resonate with C-suite and IT Practitioners in key decision-making roles. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • ABM Strategy & Planning – Develop and execute multi-year ABM strategies aligned with company revenue goals; identify, prioritize, and tier target accounts based on revenue potential and strategic fit 

  • Campaign Development – Design and launch integrated ABM campaigns including personalized email, content, paid media, events, and direct outreach; coordinate with PMM on messaging and sales enablement 

  • 6sense & Reachdesk Optimization – Leverage 6sense for predictive account intelligence, intent data, and account scoring; utilize Reachdesk for multi-channel personalized outreach and campaign orchestration 

  • Sales Alignment – Partner with Sales leadership to define account selection criteria, establish ABM playbooks, and create feedback loops that drive continuous improvement 

  • Cross-Functional Leadership – Lead collaborative planning with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Digital Marketing, Sales Development, and Customer Success; serve as ABM ambassador across the organization 

  • Performance Management & Optimization – Track ABM metrics (influenced pipeline, win rate, velocity, CAC, ROI); conduct regular analysis and optimize campaigns based on account engagement and conversion data 

  • Tools & Technology – Manage ABM platforms, marketing automation, CRM integrations, and analytics; identify and implement technology that enables scalable personalization 

  • Reporting & Insights – Deliver monthly/quarterly performance reviews to leadership; translate ABM results into actionable insights for Sales and executive stakeholders 

  • Team Development – Build and mentor ABM team members (if applicable); establish best practices and training processes 

Required Qualifications 

  • 5+ years of marketing experience with at least 3+ years in ABM or enterprise/complex sales marketing 

  • Hands-on experience with 6sense – demonstrated proficiency in account selection, intent data analysis, and campaign execution 

  • Hands-on experience with Reachdesk – proven ability to orchestrate multi-channel campaigns and drive personalized outreach at scale 

  • Proven ability to design and execute ABM campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue impact 

  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, deal cycles, and customer buying committees 

  • Experience with additional marketing platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Sigma) 

  • Demonstrated expertise in marketing analytics, data interpretation, and ROI measurement 

  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills 

  • Ability to translate business objectives into clear marketing strategies and executable plans 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience) 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience in technology, SaaS, or enterprise software industries 

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, or similar tools 

  • Background in demand generation, product marketing, or field marketing 

  • Knowledge of sales methodologies (MEDDIC, SPIFF, etc.) 

  • Experience managing ABM team members or coordinating across distributed teams 

  • Certification in marketing strategy, ABM, or account management 

  • Track record of building scaled ABM programs from the ground up 

  • Experience integrating 6sense and Reachdesk with marketing automation and CRM platforms
