Salary: $75,000 to $85,000 annually

TCT is seeking a hands-on Director of Marketing to lead the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives while helping advance the organizations digital-first transformation. Reporting directly to the Chief Brand & People Officer, this role will help execute TCTs marketing roadmap, manage the marketing team, improve operational effectiveness, and drive integrated marketing programs across digital and traditional channels.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative marketing leader who enjoys both strategy execution and hands-on work. This person will manage a small but growing team, partner closely with leadership, evaluate new marketing technologies and vendors, and help strengthen TCTs audience growth, brand awareness, and ministry impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team.
  • Manage team priorities, workflows, deadlines, and performance.
  • Provide guidance to both early-career and experienced marketing professionals.
  • Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner closely with the CB&PO to execute TCTs marketing strategy and annual roadmap.
  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Drive consistent execution across campaigns, content, promotions, and organizational initiatives.
  • Monitor performance and recommend improvements based on data and insights.
  • Help advance TCTs transition to a digital-first marketing organization.
  • Support audience growth initiatives across social media, email, web, video, and digital channels.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through technology, automation, and process improvements.
  • Evaluate marketing platforms, vendors, and emerging solutions alongside leadership.
  • Lead traditional marketing efforts including trade shows, conferences, direct mail, events, and promotional campaigns.
  • Develop integrated campaigns that effectively connect digital and traditional channels.
  • Support initiatives that drive viewership, audience engagement, donor awareness, and distribution growth.
  • Partner with Programming, Production, Digital, and Executive Leadership teams.
  • Coordinate resources and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Serve as a trusted collaborator who can effectively work across departments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive marketing experience.
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience.
  • Experience leading marketing initiatives across both digital and traditional channels.
  • Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute marketing plans and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfort working in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within television, broadcasting, streaming media, digital publishing, entertainment, or related industries.
  • Experience marketing content, networks, channels, media brands, or consumer-facing media products.
  • Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience evaluating marketing technologies, software platforms, agencies, and vendors.
  • Experience working within nonprofit, faith-based, or mission-driven organizations.

Why Join TCT?
