We are seeking experienced Adobe Marketing Technology Experts to support an AI training and evaluation project focused on enterprise marketing operations. The role involves testing marketing technology workflows, evaluating AI-generated outcomes, and providing practical feedback based on real-world experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Test and evaluate marketing workflows using Adobe Workfront, AEM, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Analytics, and Experience Cloud.
  • Assess integrations between content, campaign management, analytics, and digital experience platforms.
  • Identify workflow errors, inefficiencies, inconsistencies, and unrealistic AI-generated outcomes.
  • Provide clear feedback on usability, workflow accuracy, and user experience.
  • Recommend improvements based on enterprise marketing and content operations best practices.
  • Document findings and provide actionable feedback for AI model improvement.
  • Evaluate relevant tool connectors and workplace integrations.
  • Collaborate with project teams through structured feedback and documentation.
