Job Description

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Digital Marketing Manager plays a strategic role in the growth and visibility of our brands, such as OdourLock, Odour Buster, sWheat Scoop, and others. As a true driver of performance, you will design and implement innovative digital strategies that build brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate tangible results. As part of their responsibilities, the Digital Marketing Manager also oversees and mentors a graphic designer. 

You will work in a dynamic environment where your ideas will make a real difference, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to promote our brands across all digital platforms.

Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement a digital marketing strategy aligned with the brand’s objectives, including the planning and management of the campaign calendar
  • Provide leadership and support for the graphic designer, fostering creative excellence, continuous process improvement, and consistency in the brands’ visual identity across all digital and traditional channels.  
  • Track performance using clear KPIs, analyze results, and recommend ongoing data-driven optimizations 
  • Manage and coordinate with external agencies and partners (media, creative, content, influencers), ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and deliverables 
  • Develop and lead the social media and digital content strategy, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms 
  • Strengthen the brand’s presence and performance on Amazon and digital retail platforms, including optimizing product listings and managing advertising campaigns 
  • Plan and oversee digital advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon), optimizing ad spend to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) 
  • Optimize digital platforms, including the website, in collaboration with technical teams to improve the user experience
  • Leverage data to generate strategic insights, produce reports, and influence decision-making
  • Actively monitor digital trends, best practices, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation 
Qualifications

What you bring to the table: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field 
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in digital marketing or brand management 
  • Hands-on experience managing agencies and partners 
  • Experience with Amazon and e-commerce (a major plus) 
  • Proficiency with digital tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, etc.) 
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking 
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit 
  • Bilingual in French and English to support our clients outside of Quebec.
