Job Overview
The Learning Experience is seeking a creative, data-driven Marketing Manager to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that build brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and drive enrollment across our growing network of early childhood education centers.
This role spans brand marketing, digital marketing, lead generation, lifecycle marketing, social media, content development, and performance analytics. You’ll help shape the prospective family journey from initial awareness and inquiry through tour and enrollment, using compelling marketing and data-driven insights to improve performance at every stage.
The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical—someone who can develop engaging campaigns and content, understand customer behavior, measure what is working, and continuously optimize marketing efforts to support growth.
What You’ll Do:
Marketing Strategy & Enrollment Growth
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and drive enrollment.
  • Manage marketing strategies across the enrollment funnel, from awareness and lead generation through inquiry, tour, and enrollment.
  • Analyze marketing and conversion performance to identify opportunities to improve lead quality, engagement, and enrollment results.
  • Partner with Enrollment, Operations, and center teams to improve lead-to-tour and tour-to-enrollment conversion.
  • Strengthen the prospective family journey through improved messaging, segmentation, nurturing, timing, and follow-up.
  • Develop and support local marketing strategies that help individual centers build community awareness and generate enrollment.
  • Translate broader brand and marketing initiatives into scalable programs that can be effectively activated across a multi-location network.
Experience/Requirements:
  • 3+ years of marketing experience in a client-facing role, spanning both acquisition/demand-generation and conversion or lifecycle marketing
  • BA degree in marketing or related field
  • Proven track record of analyzing data and delivering key metrics across the full funnel, from lead generation through enrollment
  • Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools used for lead nurture and follow-up
