Over the course of the program, associates gain hands-on experience in areas such as digital marketing, market research, brand management, and product marketing. This rotational structure helps associates develop a broad understanding of the marketing field, build a diverse skillset, and identify their preferred career path within the organization. Companies often use these programs to train and identify future marketing leaders. Rotational programs typically last from one to two years.

Job description

About Hike Medical
Hike Medical is building the operating system for device-based care. We run the entire path that turns a prescription into a device on a patient's body - the back office that gets the patient ready, the point of care where they're evaluated, and the lab that makes the device. One company, built only for orthotics, prosthetics, and DME.
It's a $100B market, and more than half of every dollar never reaches a patient. It's lost to administration, denials, mispricing, and rework - while the person who needs the device waits. That gap is the business, and we built the machine that closes it, across three connected products:
  • Hike Intelligence - AI agents that run the revenue cycle, reading every faxed referral, verifying eligibility, chasing documents, and building audit-ready cases before a human touches a keyboard.
  • Hike Clinical - point-of-care software that lets a clinician evaluate a patient on any phone, generate a Medicare-compliant note, and order the device, all in a single visit.
  • Hike Lab - our own 3D-printing factory, turning a scan into a custom, PDAC-approved device shipped in days, not weeks.

Insoles are the wedge. DME is the bridge. Bionics is the destination. Read the full vision at bionics2040.com.
We've stealthily raised $22M through Seed and Series A, backed by top-tier investors who backed companies like OpenAI, Anduril, and Mercury early. We run a fast, results-first, high-ownership culture out of our new SF Rincon Hill office. If you want to work at the frontier of AI, manufacturing, and healthcare, this is the place.
The Opportunity
The GTM Associate is the entry point to everything commercial at Hike - and the fastest path to becoming an Account Executive, Account Manager, General Manager, or Operations leader here.
GTM Associates participate in our rotational program and help us sell into our complicated value chain in a number of ways. Our market is genuinely hard to sell into: O&P clinics, podiatry practices, physical therapy centers, and independent DME providers running on analog workflows - fax intake, after-hours paperwork, denied claims, three-to-five-week lab turnarounds. Winning here takes people who can learn the industry deeply, speak credible clinical and business language, and operate across the whole go-to-market motion, not just the top of the funnel.
So we hire GTM Associates: sharp operators with 1-3 years of experience - often from banking, consulting, or a high-performing startup - who want to get into tech, AI, and healthcare and are willing to learn our market from the ground up. You'll rotate through the core functions that make Hike's commercial engine work, build real range, and earn the context to move into a closing or ownership role fast.
The Rotational Program
GTM Associates move through three tracks. You'll build a foundation in each, then go deep where you're strongest and where we need you most.
  • SDR track. Own provider outreach end to end - high-volume calls, e-mail outbounding, identifying and getting decision-makers on the line, and booking qualified demos for our AEs. You'll learn to pitch practice economics (denials, workflow efficiency, margins), not products.
  • Tactical ops track. Run the operational work that keeps deals and accounts moving - implementation, supply-side and demand-side customer service, deal support, and the day-to-day problem-solving that turns a signed provider into a live, happy one.
  • Data ops track. Support implementation and the back office - work with our software engineers to help build the platform, data quality work, onboarding new providers onto the platform, and the systems that let Hike Intelligence run the revenue cycle cleanly at scale.
What Excites Us
We're not filling a seat - we're building the bench that Hike's future AEs, AMs, and ops leaders come from. Specifically:
  • Mission driven - Hike exists to provide high quality access to care to the largest number of people possible. There are 7 billion humans on earth, and all of them should have custom orthotics
  • The owner-operator mindset. 1-3 years of experience, ideally from banking, consulting, or a fast-moving startup. You think like an owner, not a script-reader, and you're drawn to hard problems in tech, AI, and healthcare.
  • Coachable and curious. You can learn the difference between a pronated and a supinating foot, the basics of medical reimbursement, and how a denial actually happens - and you're hungry to. You pick up new domains fast and want to.
  • Poised and relentless. You don't flinch at "the doctor is with a patient." You navigate phone trees, front-desk staff, and messy workflows with professionalism and persistence.
  • High motor and organized. You move fast, keep your commitments, and manage a high volume of work - leads, accounts, or data - without letting anything slip through the cracks.
What You'll Own
  • Range across the motion. Real ownership in each rotation - outreach and demo-setting, account and ops support, and implementation and data quality.
  • Pipeline and account discipline. Rigorous, disciplined follow-up in HubSpot across whatever you're driving.
  • Market feedback. Helping Marketing and Product understand what lands with O&P professionals versus podiatrists, and where providers get stuck.
  • Your own ramp. Using strong enablement to learn the market fast and prove you're ready for a closing or ownership role.
What You'll Get
  • Competitive compensation. Strong base + meaningful upside tied to your rotation and performance.
  • Meaningful equity. Real ownership in a high-growth startup backed by top VCs.
  • A clear path up. This is a pipeline role by design - top performers get promoted fast into AE, AM, and other ownership roles, and are rewarded significantly for it.
  • Full benefits. Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • $15K relocation bonus. If you're moving to San Francisco.
  • The hub. Daily collaboration with Hike's founding team out of our SF Rincon Hill office.
  • And yes - free custom insoles. Your feet will thank you.
