We are hiring a Head of Marketing Operations to build the operational backbone that enables sustained, disciplined growth toward nine-figure revenue.

This role owns marketing execution infrastructure and is empowered to implement systems, restructure workflows, upgrade talent, and enforce operational standards across marketing with executive backing.

The Mandate

To architect and enforce the system that turns strategy into predictable, measurable output across all marketing channels.

You will:

  • Design and enforce the marketing operating system
  • Standardize workflow, documentation, and accountability
  • Install performance scorecards across roles
  • Align campaign execution with pipeline and signed-case growth
  • Reduce executive involvement in tactical coordination by building structure that holds

You will have executive backing to implement systems, upgrade tools, restructure workflows, and elevate performance standards across the department.

  • Own and optimize the marketing workflow platform (ClickUp or equivalent)
  • Define role-level KPIs across Creative, Performance, Social, and Traditional
  • Install dashboard reporting tied to revenue and pipeline impact
  • Document scalable processes across all major marketing functions

  • Drive 95%+ on-time campaign launches
  • Identify bottlenecks before escalation
  • Enforce clarity in deliverables, timelines, and accountability

  • Financial literacy: understands pipeline, conversion rates, CAC, and revenue impact
