Job description

Field Marketing Representative 

Position Summary 

The Field Marketing Representative is responsible for increasing brand awareness and driving sales through direct community engagement. This hands-on role requires visiting businesses, apartment communities, hotels, schools, fitness centers, and other local organizations to build relationships, promote Sardi's, and generate new customers. 

The ideal candidate is outgoing, personable, energetic, and passionate about creating meaningful connections with the community. This position requires excellent communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to work independently while representing the Sardi's brand in a professional manner. 

Key Responsibilities 

Community Outreach & Business Development 

Conduct daily door-to-door marketing visits to businesses, apartment communities, hotels, offices, schools, hospitals, fitness centers, and other local organizations. 

Build and maintain relationships with property managers, office administrators, hotel managers, and community leaders. 

Identify new partnership opportunities to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition. 

Introduce Sardi's Chicken, family meals, rewards program, and promotional offers to prospective customers. 

Brand Promotion 

Distribute menus, promotional materials, coupons, and marketing collateral throughout assigned territories. 

Educate potential customers about Sardi's menu, catering services(options from our store locations), rewards program, and current promotions. 

Represent Sardi's at local events, festivals, grand openings, networking events, and community functions. 

Help execute grand openings, store events, food tastings, and promotional campaigns. 

Set up and manage promotional booths and sampling events when applicable.

Relationship Management 

Establish long-term relationships with local businesses, schools and organizations to encourage repeat business. 

Conduct follow-up visits to maintain partnerships and strengthen customer relationships. 

Gather feedback from businesses and community members to identify opportunities for improvement. 

Serve as a positive ambassador for the Sardi's brand. 

Territory Management 

Develop and maintain an organized route plan for assigned territories.

 Gather feedback from businesses and community members to identify opportunities for improvement. 

Track businesses visited, contacts made, leads generated, and follow-up activities. 

Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts using spreadsheets. 

Provide weekly reports summarizing outreach activities, new partnerships, leads generated, and results. 

Qualifications 

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. 

Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with people from diverse backgrounds.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. 

Strong organizational and time management skills. 

Professional appearance and positive attitude. 

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. 

Willingness to travel throughout assigned territories. 

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and special events as needed. 

Ability to stand, walk, and carry promotional materials for extended periods.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required.
