ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Program Manager for Marketing Services, you will lead a strategically important role centered around the impactful marketing services offered to a main customer channel. You'll be responsible for enhancing and driving this marketing agency program and team which will require both vision and a pragmatic approach to delivering results through collaboration with the full commercial team, vendors and customers.

Serving as a bridge between key stakeholders including our local commercial organization (sales, marketing, customer care, etc.) and our various support partners located regionally and globally in Denmark you'll forge meaningful relationships that allow you to be successful in implementing and advancing a wide range of projects and initiatives.

The projects and initiatives you'll lead include the go-to-market plan for the program and services offered, integrations within GN tech stack, and business impact and continuous improvement projects. Further, the scope of your role encompasses representing the agency brand within the commercial channel across the US.

You'll be part of a dynamic Marketing Leadership Team and will directly lead the Program annual plan, and co-create the 3-year plan, service offerings, operation execution and financials, vendor management and lead the six-person team within the program. This is a group of engaged and passionate team members who are looking for a servant leader to join the group.

  • Technology acumen The program is intended to be built within a user-friendly web-based interface systems applying automation and integration as a core pillar. Knowledge around software systems and integrations of those systems along with effective collaboration of domestically and globally based technical support teams is necessary. Minimally the ability to demonstrate systems and process mastery will be critical for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Culture

  • Lead and motivate a diverse team of professionals towards a people-focused, results driven, high performing culture that is healthy and inspired.
  • Confidently and collaboratively represent the program function as part of the US Marketing Leadership Team as well as within the global marketing network.
  • Identify and nurture key strategic relationships throughout the organization in the US as well as globally to influence and execute desired outcomes not least sales channel leads in the US and the DDI (IT) Teams located in Global HQ.
  • Develop commercial strategies aligned with the respective goals and objectives for the channel and execute these plans through the teams.
  • Co-creation, management, and ongoing analysis of the program annual plan.
  • Provide strategic leadership to ensure resources and investments are aligned with the priorities of the business.
  • Ensure fiscal responsibility by being accountable to adhering to stated budgets.
  • Continuously optimize the responsibilities under management to ensure world class execution and best in class program designation.

Program Management

  • Support the evolution of the program and positioning it amongst top growth programs within GN Hearing North America and ensure consistent delivery according to the needs of the commercial channel.
  • Lead the introduction of new services and offerings to the channel, internally and externally.
  • Own, and optimize the end-to-end program processes to ensure efficient and effective methods for delivering services on time and within performance expectations in a high-paced environment while continually raising the bar on value.
  • Ensure all marketing communications consistently reflect program brand standards and deliver core key messages.
  • Obsess over performance metrics to ensure data-driven marketing activities and services are used, refined, and achieve value expectations.

Creative, Services and Operations

  • Ensure the efficient and effective management of marketing assets leveraging internal brand team, as well as external vendors.
  • In partnership with the branding and positioning lead the evolution of our creative and visual identities to maintain an innovative edge.
  • Manage and optimize the formal process for consults, booking of services, execution and post-mortem reviews, utilizing the team members and vendors in a complimentary fashion.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including MBR's and QBR's where necessary to gain top solutions, execution and overall value to the program and customers.

Program Enhancements

  • Supporting the evolving design of the marketing services program and build out of the integrated solution. Integration management with both internal systems and stakeholders as well as external vendors and partners
  • Cross functional coordination to curate partners and develop services of value based upon analysis of trends in the market and industry
  • Development and creation of key support tools and documents e.g. Services Sell Sheets, Sales Support Tools, B2B & B2C Marketing Materials, etc.
  • Development and oversight of program enablement tools
  • Identifying and implementing initiatives related to continuous improvement to ensure achievement of customer experience expectations

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communication or related fields.
  • Graduate level degree is a bonus.
  • Program and/or Project Management Professional Certificates also a bonus

Experience:

  • 7+ years in agency management and/or program management experience
  • Proven ability to develop, build, and lead B2B, B2B2C programs. Experience in medical device, hearing or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
  • Experience with content development, possibly from advertising agency is a plus

Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of individuals
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects at once and driving results

Pay Transparency Notice:

Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range from $115K,000 to $125,000 /yr. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Compensation for roles at GN depend on a wide array of factors including but not limited to location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
