Our client is bringing on a Full-Time Marketing Coordinator to support integrated marketing campaigns, brand activations, and experiential programs across multiple markets nationwide.


Type: Full-Time, Salaried

Location: Naperville, IL (Hybrid)

Salary: $45-50K


Job Description

As part of the Experiences team, you will help plan and execute 300+ events annually while supporting day-to-day account coordination, logistics, inventory management, and event operations.


This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys problem-solving, and is eager to learn all aspects of experiential marketing and event production. Reporting to the Director of Experiences, this position will collaborate closely with internal teams, event staff, vendors, and partners to help ensure seamless program execution from planning through on-site activation.


This role is ideal for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual with 1–3 years of experience in an agency, events, marketing, or experiential environment who is excited to grow within a fast-paced, collaborative team. Experience supporting live events, promotional activations, or large-scale experiential programs is highly preferred.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of experiential marketing programs, brand
