Compensation includes a base salary in the range of $61,100.00 - $91,700.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Job Description

The Key Account Marketing, Marketing Specialist II supports the activation of strategic marketing programs to meet the goals of Cox Automotive, Manheim and its clients. The individual will focus on campaign execution, project management and measurement of results. Critical to this role is the ability to collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across the organization. This role will also require a deep understanding of the client mindset and account management.

What You'll Do

Marketing Program Development & Execution

  • Works with Director and Senior Manager to understand the program's objectives, timelines, targeted customer segments and other goals.

  • Effectively supports the execution of account marketing plans across multiple auction locations and channels.

  • Contributes to the design and development of marketing tactics, including email marketing, collateral, paid media, digital marketing, events, social media and other avenues.

  • Writes clear, concise, and strategic messaging across all marketing tactics.

  • Leverages customer data and suite of CRM tools to develop target lists optimized against set of campaign criteria.

  • Assist with the planning of dealer appreciation activities and events.

  • Manages measurement and tracking of campaign effectiveness (ROI) and reporting to provide visibility to stakeholders.

  • Collaborates with key internal teams to ensure strong execution of marketing programs, including field marketing, content marketing, and channel marketing.

  • Develops detailed understanding of client remarketing strategy and align client business objectives with Manheim's.

Project Management

  • Assists with day-to-day management of campaign activities to drive execution against established objectives and deadlines.

  • Creates and maintains thorough finance management documentation.

  • Collaborate with approved vendors to support campaign needs as necessary. Assists with maintaining account service levels including client prioritization, budget allocation/oversite, and creative planning/prioritization.

Location: Preference will be given to qualified candidates that reside in Atlanta.

Travel: Up to 15% annually.

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 2 years' experience in a related field. The rightcandidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and up to 2years' experience; or 6 years' experience in a related field.

  • 2+ years of progressive experience in a sales-driven organization, including developing marketing programs and managing client relationships.
