Global Digital Marketing is a team of innovative thinkers dedicated to driving the cultural relevance and business of Nike Sportswear across Nike's digital ecosystem. Collaborating closely with our NSW and Nike SB Brand partners, Creatives, and Geo Teams, we strive to push the boundaries of the digital landscape, ensuring consumer engagement both on and off our platforms.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a Lead to join and lead the NSW Global Digital Marketing team. This team, comprising specialists in digital, social, and creator marketing, is responsible for developing and driving long-term consumer engagement across Nike.com, the Nike app, @nikesportswear, @nikesb and our creator's channels.
Our most successful leaders in this field are future-thinking innovators who share a passion for sports and sport culture. They are highly creative, results-driven, and true team players.
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
In this role, your primary focus will be designing, executing, and overseeing seasonal Nike Sportswear digital marketing plans across our owned digital platforms - Nike.com and Nike App - and coordinating those efforts with our social media and creator led initiatives.
  • You'll obsess how to make our brand, product, purpose and seasonal messages resonate with our target consumers.
  • You'll lead the strategic development of branded content, services, partnerships, and experiences that will coalesce into best-in-class digital marketing plans.
  • You'll collaborate closely with teams across Nike Football, Basketball, SNKRS and Energy teams to inspire global love and advocacy for Nike Sportwear.

WHAT YOU BRING
  • 5+ years of experience in brand, digital and/or social marketing
  • Demonstrated ability of developing digital content and activations for highly visible brands
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, agile culture-someone who embraces and leads through change and ambiguity
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, including presentation on complex business issues
  • Fluency reading consumer data and crafting measurement and optimization plans
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills
  • Experience managing creative, media, and research agencies
  • Excellent relationship building skills and knows how to influence working teams and key partners
  • Detail oriented. This position requires someone who can build plans, presentations, and keep the team moving cohesively in the right direction.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in digital marketing, content creation, and social media
