Job description

Wellington International is seeking a Dressage Marketing Intern to support the day-to-day marketing activities during the 2027 Global Dressage Festival (January through March). This internship provides hands-on experience in digital marketing, traditional marketing, content creation, social media management, and brand strategy. Join their growing team of dynamic individuals. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, organized, and have the ability to liaise across the operations and marketing teams. This position will work closely with the Dressage Marketing Manager at the Global Dressage Festival.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the Dressage Marketing team.
  • Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts across platforms (Instagram,
  • Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
  • Draft blog posts, editorial articles, email newsletters, and marketing content. Assist with photo and video shoots, editing, and organizing media assets.
  • Support planning and coordination of events, promotions, or product launches.
  • Help with the distribution of marketing material across the show grounds.
  • Monitor and create reports on marketing performance metrics.
  • Work harmoniously with other interns and employees.
  • Must maintain a good attendance record.
  • Must be able to follow instructions and adhere to all policies and procedures.

Requirements:
  • Applicants must be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, business, public relations, or a related field.
  • Interns will be responsible for their housing arrangements.
  • Applicants must have employment authorization to work in the U.S.
