En tant que Directeur Marketing, vous serez responsable de l’élaboration et de l’exécution de stratégies marketing globales qui amplifieront la présence de la marque, engageront le public et stimuleront les ventes. Vous superviserez la gestion de la marque, le marketing numérique, la création de contenu, les lancements de produits et l'engagement communautaire. Le candidat idéal est un leader dynamique avec une profonde passion pour le sport motorisé, la durabilité et l'innovation révolutionnaire. 

Responsabilités: 

  • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre une stratégie marketing robuste pour positionner l'entreprise comme leader dans l'industrie des sports motorisés électriques. 
  • Superviser le développement de la marque, le message et l'identité visuelle pour garantir la cohérence sur tous les canaux. 
  • Diriger les efforts de marketing numérique, y compris les réseaux sociaux, les campagnes par e-mail, le SEO, le SEM et les partenariats avec des influenceurs. 
  • Gérer la création et l'exécution des initiatives de marketing de contenu, y compris les vidéos, les blogs et le contenu sur les réseaux sociaux. 
  • Planifier et exécuter des lancements de produits, participer et organiser des salons professionnels et des campagnes de marketing expérientielles pour améliorer la visibilité de la marque. 
  • Collaborer avec l'équipe des ventes pour développer des campagnes qui génèrent des prospects et des conversions. 
  • Construire et maintenir des partenariats stratégiques avec des influenceurs de l'industrie, des médias et des parties prenantes clés. 
  • Analyser les tendances du marché, les informations sur les clients et le paysage concurrentiel pour éclairer les décisions stratégiques. 
  • Gérer et optimiser le budget marketing afin d'assurer le retour sur investissement maximum des activités marketing. 
  • Diriger, encadrer et faire croître une équipe marketing performante et efficace. 


 

Qualifications  

  • Plus de 7 ans d’expérience en marketing, avec au moins 3 ans dans un rôle managerial. 
  • Expérience dans l'industrie des sports motorisés, de l’automobile ou des loisirs extérieurs est un atout important. 
  • Succès avéré dans le marketing numérique, la stratégie de marque et l'exécution de campagnes. 
  • Connaissance solides du marketing de performance, de l’analyse et de la prise de décision basée sur les données. 
  • Compétences exceptionnelles en management, communication et gestion de projets. 
  • Passion pour la durabilité, la technologie et l'industrie des sports motorisés. 
  • Bilingue (anglais et français) préféré en raison de notre base de clients francophones et anglophones.

Taiga Motors is looking for a visionary Marketing Director to lead our brand and drive our marketing strategies to new heights. As the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that amplify our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive sales. You will oversee brand management, digital marketing, content creation, product launches, and community engagement. This is a unique opportunity to build Taiga`s marketing function from the ground up and calls for a hands-on person who will be involved in the day-to-day operations and support the development of a lean team. Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement a robust marketing strategy to position the company as a leader in the electric powersports industry. 
  • Oversee brand development, messaging, and visual identity to ensure consistency across all channels. 
  • Lead digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, SEO, SEM, and influencer partnerships. 
  • Manage the creation and execution of content marketing initiatives, including video, blog, and social media content.

  • Strong knowledge of performance marketing, analytics, and data-driven decision-making. 
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.

  • Bilingual (English and French) is preferred given our French and English customer base.
