What You'll Do:
Commerce is evolving and at Criteo, the marketing team is at the forefront of this exciting space. The Experiential Marketing Team is seeking an enthusiastic Intern to support our global events strategy, including key industry tentpoles, owned and operated events, and Executive Engagement programs. This internship offers an opportunity to work closely with various teams within the marketing and communications department, gaining hands-on experience in event execution and marketing strategy, aiming to deliver measurable ROI for regional client solutions teams.
Based in the Greater New York area, you will report to the Senior Director, Global Experiential and Field Marketing. You'll help us plan and execute marketing activations that bring our ecosystem (brands, retailers, agencies and publishers) together (both virtually and physically), while creating a unique experience that aligns to key business goals and initiatives.
  • Support end-to-end live (and virtual) event execution: venue sourcing, logistics, registration, communications, gifting/promotion, vendor management, KPI and results tracking
  • Build-out and manage customer loyalty and gifting program(s) across experiential programs
  • Conduct and compile industry and competitive research for events
  • Own and operate global industry event calendar with trade shows, speaking engagements, and other events
  • Collaborate cross functionally with sales, account strategy and marketing teams to create unique and memorable client experiences.
  • Partner with wider Experiential Marketing team to manage activation/program budgets, and track ROI.

Who You Are:
  • Strong computer skills navigating Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written form
  • Excellent organization skills with a high attention to detail
  • Proactive & Collaborative, ability to work effectively across functionally
  • You have an interest in Ad-Tech and are excited to get into the tech space
  • Any Experience (via internship/previous employment) in office environments a plus
  • You get things done: comfortable working on individual projects, pulling in cross-functional teams where you need to get things done.
  • Innovation/Learning: You seek out information, ask questions, and are excited by new ideas. Conversely you like to share new ideas/knowledge you have with your peers/colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and quantitative approach
