PLM is seeking a Vice President - Land to oversee and refine land operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. This role serves as the bridge between senior leadership, project execution, and client service, ensuring that workflows are optimized and that PLM continues to deliver high-quality land services. The Vice President - Land will oversee department managers, support high-level negotiations, contribute to business expansion efforts, and maintain operational consistency across the company.
Land Operations & Execution
  • Oversee land-related responsibilities across departments, ensuring structured and efficient workflows.
  • Assist managers with complex land-related issues and high-level negotiations.
  • Identify procedural challenges and implement solutions to enhance project execution.
  • Conduct right-of-way research and explore potential new project areas.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging opportunities.

Client & Account Oversight
  • Serve as a key contact for major client accounts, ensuring service quality and long-term relationships.
  • Oversee client communications for consistency and professionalism.

Preferred Experience & Skills

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in energy management, land management, energy commerce, or a related field preferred.
  • A law degree (J.D.) or in-house experience with an operator is a plus but not required.
